P&K Win North Division Matches

Our team did a really great job over the weekend to achieve wins over all the other Counties at Inchmarlo!
The girls were totally focused and pulled together as a team to the very end. Every one contributed to the wins and I thank them all for their dedication and excellent golf!
Eilidh and Nicola our two juniors excelled, they were very nervious but gave it their all and the old hands set agreat example to the newcomers.
Congratulations and many thanks to the entire team, now we look forward to the Scottish Finals at Dumfries on September 16th - 18th.
Thank you also to Pat for her fabulous baking, Carol for her sense of humour and Gwen and Carol Lambie, Pam Drysdale and President Ella for their fantastic caddying. Ella's husband Bob was the official photographer, we should have some photos soon. It made all the difference to have some supporters there so thank you to Dawn and Ian and Sal Shepherd who came to cheer us on on Sunday.

NEWS FROM BALLUMBIE

Firtsly let me apologise for being so late with this report! When I arrived home from Ballumbie on Sunday my laptop decided not to play! Therefore I was unable to do a report then on Monday I was off to Murrayshall for the Scottish Schools and once again was not near a computer. So here we go!

North were pipped at the post by East. East played North on the final day and won the match  3-0. We were therefore 2nd place but what a great achievement for the girls who certainly played their hearts out. Lenore said she was extremely proud of the team of girls who were a pleasure to be with all weekend.

Below is a slide show of the girls at the weekend.
