RYDER CUP TICKETS FOR VOLUNTEERS

We have received the following information regarding opportunities to get your hands on these precious Ryder Cup Tickets.   This will be distributed by Ross Duncan, Marketing, Media & Sponsorship Manager  to all Clubs and Organisations.

The SGU, SLGA and ClubGolf will launch our Ryder Cup Ready Club Toolkit tomorrow at Bathgate Golf Club, encouraging clubs across Scotland to make the most of the countdown to golf’s biggest event, taking place at Gleneagles in September. The toolkit contains ideas, suggestions and tools on staging Ryder Cup themed activity over the next four months and beyond, that can have a positive impact on the club’s business, when the spotlight will really shine on golf in Scotland. As part of this initiative, thanks to the support of the Scottish Government, we have been given an allocation of tickets being made available to clubs to boost their marketing activity.

In addition, we have also been allocated an allocation of tickets for the final practice day and opening ceremony on Thursday 25 September, to reward the hard working volunteers at all levels of Scottish Golf across club, Area/County and national level.

Should you wish to apply for these tickets, registration is now open so please complete the form with your details in the attached link below. We would also encourage you to pass the information onto colleagues or friends also involved in volunteering. Application criteria is also detailed within the linked page below:

Further tickets are also available for those involved in volunteering within the ClubGolf programme. The link to the ClubGolf ticket application is below:

We hope you can support your clubs with our Ryder Cup Ready Toolkit and ensure Scottish golf continues to maximise the opportunities created.

Kind regards

Ross
