CALLANDER MEETING

Our first County Meeting took place today at Callander and we were extremely lucky with the weather considering the forecast! Most of us stayed dry but unfortunately the very last groups did catch a heavy shower.

The majority of the scoring was relatively high however this did increase the CSS to 71 and REDUCTION ONLY!!! Only one player was below the CSS and that was Elizabeth Campbell with a nett 70, well done Elizabeth. The best scratch of the day was new Perth and Kinross member Laura Walker posting a very credible 75, well done Laura. The full scores were as follows:

A very big thank you goes to Callander Golf club for the wonderful welcome we received. The course was in very good condition for so early in the season and the food was absolutely wonderful!! The county always enjoy our visits to Callander and this was no exception.

Also thanks go to our convener Carol Lambie and assistant Pam Drysdale who looked after so well.
