SCOTTISH WOMEN'S AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP - DAY 1

Well done to Perth & Kinross County Team members Katy Alexander (Strathmore) and Jen Saxton (Muckhart) who have qualified for the Championship match-play stages this weekend.

Kirsty Brodie (Strathmore) and Megan Ashley (Strathmore) have both qualified for the Clark Rosebowl match-play.

Results from the qualifying rounds
Jessica Meek (Carnoustie Ladies) returned two fantastic scores of 69 and 68 to finish as the leading qualifier on a 13 under-par total of 137. Louise Duncan (West Kilbride) was second with scores of 72 and 72 for a total of 144.
