P&K COUNTY GIRLS' SPRING MEETING AT ALYTH

The P&K County Junior Girls played their first competition of the season at Aylth Golf Club today. 5 girls played 18-holes and 7 played 9-holes.
18-Hole Competition on the Alyth Course:
There were some great scores returned by the 18-hole girls. The winner of the Drysdale Trophy (Scratch) was Zoe Davidson (Alyth) with a gross score of 82. Lauryn Henry (Milnathort) was 2nd (84) and Kirsten Miller (Strathmore) was 3rd (85). The winner of the Karyn Dallas Quaich (Handicap) was Kornelia Zarychta (Crieff) with a nett 71. The Alyth Course (Red Tees) Rating = 71.2.
9-Hole Competition on the Glenisla Course:
Much fun was also had by the girls on Glenisla. Sophie Goult (Auchterarder) finished in 1st place with Ellie-Marie Smart (Strathmore) in 2nd and Jessica Seivwright (Strathmore) in 3rd.
