Scottish Golf announced its squads for the upcoming Home Internationals, which will take place in August, today.

The 2022 NORTH OF SCOTLAND Ladies & Girls' Championships will take place at Newmachar Golf Club from Monday 25th to Wednesday 27th July.
There is one qualifying round of stroke-play on the Monday (today) before the competitors with the top 16 gross scores progress to the scratch match-play on Tuesday and Wednesday. From the remainder of the field the players with the top 16 nett scores will qualify for the handicap match-play.
The qualifying round on Monday will count towards the Girls' Championship.

Helped by Hannah Darling, who topped the individual leaderboard with a -6 total, Scotland produced one of the best team performances on Day 2 of the stroke-play stage to qualify comfortably for the quarter-finals in 4th place.
Scotland will now have to defeat Sweden, who has won the championship three times in the last four years, to progress to the semi-finals.
Waiting for the winner will be either the defending champions, England, who finished as the number-one seed, or the hosts, Wales, who claimed the last Flight A spot.
Format:
The format for the next three days is match play. The Nations are separated into flights 'A', 'B' and 'C' depending on their stroke play positions.
The teams will go head-to-head, with two foursomes matches in the morning and five singles matches in the afternoon. The nation who wins three matches in the top flight 'A' will claim the European title.
The draw for the top ‘A’ flight, which features the top-eight teams, is below.

Teams from twenty European countries including Scotland, Ireland, Wales and the defending champions, England, will battle it out to see who will be crowned European champions.
