ABOUT US

The aim of the Perth & Kinross Ladies Golf Association is to further the interest of ladies and girls' amateur golf in Perth & Kinross.
We host golf events to bring lady golfers together in a social environment so they can meet new people, make new friends and play on different courses around the County at much reduced rates.

We also put forward a team to represent our County at the North Division Inter-County Championship.

LADIES
Membership is open to all adult female amateur golfers who have a current WHS Handicap Index, have playing rights on their home course, are not a member of any other County Golf Association and possess one or more of the following:
  1. Membership of a Golf Club in Perth & Kinross (affiliated to Scottish Golf)
  2. Residence in Perth & Kinross
  3. Birthplace in Perth & Kinross

There is no annual subscription fee for Ladies.  A Green Fee is required to be paid on entry to each monthly competition.

Membership of P&KLCGA enables you to participate in at least 6 County competitions throughout the season - 4 individual stroke-play, 1 greensome and 1 foursome - all at different golf courses within Perth & Kinross. You can also enter the North of Scotland, which is hosted in turn each year by one of the four ladies’ county golf associations in the North Division.

If you would like to join us, please watch out for competition details on this website.

JUNIOR GIRLS
All Girls are welcome, any level or ability, with or without handicap. There is no annual subscription.

P&KLCGA offers girls the chance to participate in junior coaching sessions and various competitions throughout the year, with an alternative fun 9-holes for those who have no handicap.

Girls with a Handicap Index of 36.4 or less may enter the Ladies County Competitions.

It's a great way to meet other girls and make friends.

If you would like to come along to our County Junior events, please email the County Secretary pandkcountyladies1@aol.co.uk and your details will be passed on to our Junior Convenor.
