DAILY MAIL FOURSOMES
P&K MEMBERS LOSE OUT IN THE SEMI FINALS OF THE DAILY MAIL FOURSOMES
P&K members Carol and Gwen Lambie have just contacted me with the sad news that they lost their semi-final match this morning against Sandiway.
Carol and Gwen certainly did not go down without a fight they took the match all the way to the 18th green. To lose out so close to the final is very disappointing for them both. Gwen said she was 'gutted' however I think they should both be very proud of themselves getting so far in what is deemed to be the biggest national competition in the world, where, according to the Daily Mail website, some 190,000 players take part in the qualifying stages. So very well done to make it to the semi finals.
Enjoy the remainder of your time in Wales.
