County squad member Jacqueline Sneddon (Alyth) topped the qualifiers for the second year running yesterday on a rain soaked Kinross Golf Course. Jacqueline scored 82 as did fellow squad member Emily Ogilvy (Auchterarder). Local player Ann Smith (Kinross) was top qualifier in the Handicap section with a 94 (15) 79.
