Two-time WPGA champion MacRae will face some strong opposition at the Derbyshire venue.
The 21-strong field includes five other former WPGA champions, two of whom are drawn to play with the 36-year-old Scot; Keely Chiericato (Manston) and former British and US Women’s Open winner Alison Nicholas MBE (Beau Desert).
There are two other Scots in the field, two-time WPGA champion Catherine Panton-Lewis (The Berkshire), who was a founding member of the Ladies' European Tour, and former P&K Ladies' County member Hannah Robb (Sunningdale Heath).
The WPGA Championship is contested over 36-holes of stroke play with both rounds played on the same day.
